What is the nervous system and why do we need to reset it?

The nervous system is like the body’s command center sending signals from the brain to the body and vice versa. It helps all the parts of the body communicate with each other.

Overtime, our nervous system can get too overwhelmed by experiences we’ve been through in life which can be anything from an external trauma to a self-critical mind dismissing our own feelings.  When this happens, part of the nervous system becomes overactive or tends to shut down.

So in order to “reset” the nervous system, we have to tend to it through both the mind and the body. We have to teach ourselves how to calm the nervous system to get back to a state of regulation instead of being in a state of “danger”.

Who is this program for?

This program is for women who want to feel free from chronic pain and illness, and the overwhelm that comes with managing these conditions.

You may constantly feel worried about your health and know there’s got to be a better way to heal, not just “manage” your symptoms.

You know there’s more to your physical symptoms, and exploring your condition from a physical and psychological level is the way out.

  • You can feel free from physical symptoms: i.e. chronic fatigue, migraines, tension headaches, food intolerances, back and neck pain.

About Grace

I’m Grace, a holistic psychotherapist, nervous system coach, and yoga therapist.

My self-development journey started early at age 15 when I first began therapy - It literally saved my life. Since then, I’ve devoted my life to alternative healing.

Once I started working on healing my nervous system and understanding the mind-body connection, it completely changed the way I live & see the world.

I have healed an eating disorder, depression, anxiety, chronic pain & illness through therapy, yoga, alternative medicine & nervous system training. I'm a student at heart & love what I do. I always want to share my knowledge with others & help you heal in the ways you need to.
